ORAGUARD® 290GF Gloss Optically Clear Cast Laminate — 54" x 50 Yards is a high-performance overlaminate designed for long-term protection of digitally printed graphics requiring superior clarity and conformability. This premium cast laminate is commonly used for vehicle wraps and high-resolution graphics where visual quality and durability are critical.
This material features a 2 mil cast PVC construction with a gloss optically clear finish and a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, providing exceptional transparency and protection without affecting print clarity or color accuracy. The optically clear adhesive system minimizes haze and silvering, making it ideal for high-detail graphics. ORAGUARD® 290GF is highly conformable over curves, rivets, and complex surfaces, and delivers up to 7 years outdoor durability, offering strong resistance to UV exposure, weathering, and abrasion.
ORAGUARD® 290GF is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and long-term outdoor signage, and is typically paired with ORAJET® 3951, 3551, or similar high-performance print films to enhance durability and maintain finish consistency.
