ORABOND® UHB04064G Ultra High Bond Tape is a high-performance double-sided adhesive designed for structural and general bonding applications, offering strong, durable adhesion with excellent conformability.
This tape features a 25 mil foamed acrylic construction with a high-tack grey adhesive, allowing it to bond securely while conforming to irregular surfaces. Its viscoelastic foam core helps absorb stress and accommodate thermal expansion differences between dissimilar materials, making it ideal for bonding metals, plastics, and composites. The tape provides reliable resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and environmental conditions, and is supplied with a 5 mil red release liner for easy handling and application.
