100W Corncob HID Replacement LED Lamp 80 CRI IP64 is an LED retrofit lamp designed to replace conventional metal halide HID lamps used in commercial and industrial lighting applications. This corncob-style LED lamp provides efficient illumination while allowing existing fixtures to be upgraded to LED without requiring external drivers or ballasts.
The lamp features selectable wattage settings (100W / 80W / 63W) and selectable color temperatures (5000K, 4000K, 3000K), allowing lighting output to be adjusted based on the installation environment. An integral driver is built into the lamp, eliminating the need for external drivers or ballasts while simplifying installation. The integrated heat sink helps dissipate heat and guides water away from the lamp, supporting reliable operation in demanding environments.
With an operating temperature range of -40°C (-40°F) to 60°C (140°F) and IP64 protection, the lamp is suitable for use in enclosed fixtures and various commercial lighting installations. The LED design provides instant startup, long service life of 50,000+ hours, and mercury-free operation.
Important: This lamp must not be used with standard dimmers and is not compatible with phase dimmers. Dimming functionality is supported only when used with compatible sensor-based controls.
