Gilman® Heat-Activated Foam Board White — 3/16" x 48" x 96" is a rigid mounting board designed for graphics mounting, display production, and framing applications. The board features an extruded polystyrene foam core with smooth clay-coated liners, with one side coated in a neutral pH heat-activated adhesive for efficient mounting workflows.
The integrated adhesive layer allows prints and graphics to be mounted directly to the board using mechanical presses, hot vacuum presses, or heated roll laminators, eliminating the need for separate mounting tissues or films. This ready-to-use adhesive surface helps streamline production and reduce setup time in both custom framing and high-volume mounting operations.
The rigid foam core provides a lightweight yet stable substrate that cuts cleanly and maintains flatness during mounting.
