General Formulations® GFC365OPAE 3-mil Gloss White with Grey Opaque Adhesive Air Egress is a 3.0 mil gloss white calendared vinyl designed for economical wide format graphics including signage, decals, and window graphics. The smooth gloss surface produces vibrant printed graphics while maintaining consistent performance for short-term applications.
The film features a grey solvent acrylic permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, which improves opacity and helps prevent show-through from darker substrates. This adhesive system forms strong permanent bonds to a variety of common surfaces used in graphic installations.
GF 365OPAE is supplied on a 75# two-sided poly-coated air-egress liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free application of large format graphics. The liner also provides dimensional stability during printing and processing.
The vinyl is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
