General Formulations® GFC246 2.4-mil Gloss White High Performance Vinyl is a premium 2.4 mil polymeric calendared vinyl designed for long-term, high-quality printed graphics. The gloss white surface delivers vibrant color reproduction and clean image quality for demanding wide format printing applications.
The film is coated with a permanent, repositionable grey solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing installers to reposition the graphic during application while still providing strong long-term adhesion. The grey adhesive also improves opacity and helps reduce show-through when applied over darker surfaces. GF 246 is supplied with a 90# layflat liner, ensuring dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation.
This vinyl is compatible with solvent, latex, UV, and thermal wide format printers commonly used for professional graphics production. It may also be used with UV screen printing and UV curable offset printing, though testing is recommended prior to production.
