General Formulations® GFC223 6-mil Matte White Semi-Rigid Vinyl is a 6.0 mil semi-rigid calendared vinyl designed for removable decals and temporary graphics applications. The matte white surface supports clean, high-quality printed graphics for a variety of wide format digital printing systems.
The film is coated with a removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows graphics to adhere securely while enabling clean removal when the graphic is no longer needed. Its semi-rigid construction improves handling during installation, making it easier to position and apply decals without excessive stretching or distortion. The vinyl is supplied on a 90# liner, providing dimensional stability during printing and die-cutting.
GF 223 is compatible with solvent-based, latex, and UV-curable inks, making it suitable for most wide format printing workflows used in commercial graphics production.
