General Formulations® GFC222 6-mil Matte White Semi-Rigid Vinyl is a 6.0 mil semi-rigid calendared vinyl designed for printed decals, signage, and display graphics. The matte white surface provides a consistent printable finish suitable for producing clean graphics across a range of wide format printing applications.
The film is coated with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that forms a strong bond to a variety of common substrates used in graphics installations. Its semi-rigid construction improves handling during installation, allowing the material to be positioned and applied quickly without excessive stretching or distortion. The vinyl is supplied on a 90# liner, which helps maintain dimensional stability during printing and cutting.
GF 222 is compatible with solvent-based, latex, and UV-curable inks, making it suitable for most wide format digital printing systems used in commercial graphics production.
