General Formulations® GFC221 6-mil Gloss White Semi-Rigid Vinyl is a 6.0 mil semi-rigid calendared vinyl designed for removable decals and temporary graphics applications. The gloss white surface provides a smooth, bright printable finish ideal for producing vibrant graphics across a wide range of wide format printing systems.
The film features a low-tack removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing graphics to adhere securely while still enabling clean removal when the promotion or display period ends. Its semi-rigid construction improves handling during installation, making it easier to position and apply graphics without stretching or distortion. The material is supplied on a 90# liner, which provides dimensional stability during printing and die-cutting.
GF 221 is compatible with solvent-based, latex, and UV-curable inks, making it suitable for most commercial wide format printing workflows.
