General Formulations® GFC220 6-mil Gloss White Semi-Rigid Vinyl is a 6.0 mil semi-rigid calendared vinyl designed for printed decals, signage, and display graphics. The gloss white surface provides a bright, smooth finish that produces vibrant printed graphics across a variety of wide format digital printing systems.
The film is coated with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides strong adhesion to a wide range of common substrates used in graphics applications. Its semi-rigid construction improves handling during installation, allowing the material to be applied quickly and accurately without excessive stretching or distortion. The vinyl is supplied on a 90# liner, helping maintain dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and processing.
GF 220 is compatible with solvent-based, latex, and UV-curable inks, making it suitable for most commercial wide format printing workflows.
