General Formulations® GFC207 7-mil Clear Static Cling is a 7.0 mil premium clear flexible calendared vinyl film designed for temporary window graphics and short-term promotional displays. The transparent construction allows graphics to be viewed clearly through glass surfaces while maintaining the natural appearance of the substrate.
GF 207 adheres using static charge rather than pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing quick installation and clean removal without leaving residue. This makes it ideal for temporary graphics where easy repositioning or removal is required.
The film is laminated to a 90# layflat liner, which provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. GF 207 is compatible with solvent-based inkjet, UV-curable, and latex inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
GF 207 is suitable for temporary applications on glass surfaces, including retail windows, promotional displays, and short-term advertising graphics. When used on exterior glass, environmental conditions such as temperature, wind, and rain may reduce adhesion strength, though outdoor applications are generally recommended for up to three months under normal conditions.
