General Formulations® GFC205 3-mil Gloss Clear Vinyl is a 3.0 mil gloss clear calendared vinyl film designed for permanent graphics, decals, and window applications where transparency and durability are required. The clear gloss surface allows printed graphics to maintain a clean appearance while preserving visibility through the substrate when needed.
GF 205 is coated with a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that creates a strong bond to a wide range of common substrates used in graphic installations. This permanent adhesive system ensures long-term adhesion for signage and decal applications.
The film is laminated to a 90# layflat liner, which provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. GF 205 accepts solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
This vinyl is commonly used for window graphics, decals, signage, and permanent promotional graphics where a clear printable film with durable adhesion is required.
