General Formulations® GFC203HTAPAE 3-mil Gloss White High-Tack Air Egress Vinyl is a 3.0 mil polymeric gloss white calendared vinyl film engineered for demanding graphics applications requiring strong adhesion and reliable installation. The gloss white surface provides an excellent printable base for producing vibrant graphics across a wide range of signage and display uses.

GF 203HTAPAE is coated with a clear acrylic high-tack permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive (HTAP) designed to bond securely to a variety of challenging substrates. The high-tack adhesive performs well on materials such as metals, painted metals, smooth wood, plywood, primed MDO board, vinyl, ABS, styrene, polyester, polycarbonate, and smooth polyolefins, making it suitable for many industrial and signage applications.

The film is supplied on a 90# air-egress (AE) layflat liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free application of large format graphics. The liner also provides excellent dimensional stability during printing and handling.

GF 203HTAPAE is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
