General Formulations® GFC201OPAE 3.4-mil Matte White Opaque Vinyl is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white flexible calendared PVC film designed for high-quality signage, decals, and graphic applications where strong opacity and easy installation are important. The matte finish reduces glare while providing a clean, professional surface for printed graphics.
GF 201OPAE is coated with a grey permanent solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that improves opacity and helps prevent show-through when applied to darker or complex surfaces. This adhesive system forms a strong permanent bond to a wide range of common substrates used in graphic installations.
The film is laminated to a 90# air-egress layflat liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free application of large format graphics. The liner also provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, handling, and installation.
GF 201OPAE is compatible with solvent-based inkjet and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
