General Formulations® GFC201 3.4-mil Matte White Vinyl is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendared vinyl film designed for durable graphics, decals, and signage applications. The matte finish reduces glare and provides a clean, professional surface for printed graphics.
GF 201 is coated with a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that forms a strong bond to a wide variety of common substrates used in graphics installations. The clear adhesive allows the brightness and color of printed graphics to remain true while maintaining reliable long-term adhesion.
The film is laminated to a 90# layflat liner, which provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. The liner helps maintain consistent feeding and handling in production environments while allowing easy application of large format graphics.
GF 201 accepts solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems, making it well suited for a wide range of commercial graphic applications.
