General Formulations® GFC162 3-mil Matte Clear Vinyl Laminate is a 3.0 mil matte clear calendered vinyl laminate designed to protect digitally printed graphics from abrasion, moisture, and everyday wear. The matte finish reduces glare while preserving the appearance of the underlying graphic, making it ideal for display and signage environments.
GF 162 features a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds securely to printed graphics and a variety of substrates used in signage applications. The laminate is engineered for cold lamination, allowing graphics to be protected without the use of heat.
The film is mounted on a 75# two-sided poly-coated liner, which provides excellent layflat stability during lamination and processing. GF 162 works well with graphics produced using solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide-format digital printing systems.
