General Formulations® GFC160 3-mil Gloss Clear Vinyl Laminate is a 3.0 mil gloss clear calendared vinyl laminate designed to protect digitally printed graphics from abrasion, moisture, and everyday wear. The gloss finish enhances color depth and vibrancy while maintaining the clarity of the underlying printed image.
GF 160 features a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides a reliable bond to printed graphics and a wide range of substrates used in signage and display applications. The laminate is engineered for cold lamination, allowing graphics to be protected without the use of heat.
The film is mounted on a 75# two-sided poly-coated liner, which maintains excellent layflat characteristics during lamination and processing. GF 160 works well with graphics printed using solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide-format digital printing systems.
