General Formulations® GFC112 1-mil Clear Polyester Print Mounting Film is a double-coated pressure-sensitive mounting film designed for laminating thin flexible graphics and papers in print and display applications. The polyester construction provides dimensional stability and strong bonding performance for mounting delicate graphic materials.
GF 112 features a 0.5 mil clear polyester carrier film coated with acrylic high-tack permanent adhesive on both sides, creating a strong permanent bond between the printed graphic and the mounting surface. This dual permanent adhesive construction makes it ideal for applications requiring long-term adhesion and stability.
The film is self-wound on a 4.5 mil white 76# paper liner, which protects the adhesive until application and provides consistent handling during lamination. GF 112 is designed for cold lamination, allowing installers to laminate graphics without the use of heat.
This mounting film is commonly used for laminating thin flexible films and papers, providing secure mounting for graphics and printed materials used in displays and signage.
