General Formulations® GFC105 2-mil High Gloss Clear Polyester Laminate is a 2.0 mil high gloss protective laminate designed to enhance and protect printed graphics, artwork, and display materials. The polyester film construction provides excellent clarity and durability while delivering a premium gloss finish that enhances color vibrancy and visual depth.
GF 105 features an optically clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides strong bonding while maintaining excellent transparency over printed graphics. The adhesive system allows the laminate to wet out smoothly across the graphic surface, preserving image clarity and detail.
This laminate is supplied on a 1.5 mil polyester film liner, which helps maintain adhesive clarity and provides stable processing during lamination. The polyester film construction also offers added resistance to abrasion, moisture, and environmental exposure, helping extend the life of the underlying graphic.
GF 105 is designed for cold lamination without the use of heat, making it suitable for delicate graphics and printed materials that could be damaged by thermal processes. The high gloss finish makes it particularly well suited for applications where visual impact and clarity are important.
