Avery Dennison® DOL 1080Z Matte Cast Laminate is a premium protective overlaminate film designed to protect digitally and screen printed graphics while providing a smooth matte finish. This flexible cast laminate is engineered for graphics that require durability, abrasion resistance, and reduced surface gloss in both indoor and outdoor applications.
This laminate features flexible cast vinyl construction that provides strong conformability over irregular surfaces, curves, and recessed areas commonly found in vehicle graphics and architectural installations. The matte finish reduces glare while maintaining excellent image clarity and color depth. The film delivers abrasion and scratch resistance to help protect printed graphics from wear and environmental exposure. A smooth, dimensionally stable liner helps reduce surface mottle and supports reliable converting and lamination performance. The material also provides excellent UV, temperature, humidity, and salt-spray resistance and offers UL recognized slip resistance for floor graphic applications.
This laminate is commonly used as a protective overlaminate for digitally printed graphics and decals.
