MP-55420 LORD® SignLok Adhesive — 490mL Cartridge is a high-performance structural adhesive designed for bonding plastics, composites, metals, and other materials in fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial assembly applications. This two-component methacrylate adhesive is commonly used where strong bonds and durability under demanding conditions are required.
This adhesive features methacrylate (MMA) structural adhesive technology with a work time of approximately 4–6 minutes, allowing sufficient open time for positioning and assembly before cure. The formulation provides excellent temperature and weather resistance along with strong resistance to vibration and shock, making it suitable for demanding structural bonding applications. It is supplied in a 490 mL dual cartridge format for use with compatible dispensing systems and static mixing tips.
