Arlon® SLX Premium Cast Print Film with FLITE Technology® is a premium printable cast vinyl film designed for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and large-format decals. This high-performance wrap film provides exceptional print quality and installation performance for complex vehicle surfaces.
This film features 2 mil (50 micron) premium gloss white cast vinyl construction combined with FLITE Technology® adhesive, a light-contact system that allows graphics to float over the substrate during positioning before firmly anchoring when pressure is applied. The material includes a tinted permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that improves opacity while a low-profile air egress liner helps eliminate bubbles and allows smooth installation. The film offers excellent conformability over rivets, complex curves, and deep channels while supporting eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex printing systems for vibrant graphic reproduction. The film is rated for up to 10 years outdoor durability (unprinted).
This film is commonly used for vehicle wraps and fleet graphics where fast installation and high conformability are required. When paired with Arlon Series 3200 overlaminates, including Series 3210, 3220, 3270, and 3310, it forms a complete wrap system designed for long-term durability in demanding vehicle and outdoor graphic applications.
