Arlon® DPF 9000 Industrial Grade Heat & Solvent Resistant Calendered Film is a high-performance printable calendared vinyl film designed for demanding industrial graphics and transportation applications. This film is engineered for fleet markings, automotive graphics, and industrial labeling where resistance to heat and solvents is required.
This material features 3.5 mil (90 micron) polymeric calendared PVC construction with a medium-tack repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to withstand heat and solvent exposure commonly encountered in industrial and automotive environments. The film uses 100% polymeric face stock combined with a special lay-flat liner that supports consistent printing and converting performance. The satin white surface provides strong opacity and reliable image quality while supporting a wide range of digital print systems. The film is rated for up to 7 years outdoor durability (unprinted).
This film is commonly used for fleet markings, railway car graphics, bus and transit markings, marine graphics, recreational vehicles, and gas pump skirts.
