Arlon® DPF 6100XLP Premium Cast Print Film with X-Scape Technology® is a high-performance printable cast vinyl film engineered for demanding graphics applications such as vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and large-format installations where conformability and long-term durability are essential.
This film features a 2 mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl construction paired with a tinted, repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to provide strong adhesion while maintaining excellent opacity. The material incorporates LX (Low Profile) X-Scape Technology®, which creates controlled air egress channels that allow installers to easily reposition graphics and release trapped air during installation. The premium cast face film provides exceptional conformability around rivets, curves, channels, and complex contours, making it ideal for vehicle graphics and other challenging surfaces. DPF 6100XLP offers up to 10 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
DPF 6100XLP is commonly used for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and large-format decals, especially on surfaces with rivets, corrugations, or channel structures. For enhanced durability and protection, it is typically paired with compatible Arlon overlaminates such as Series 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, or 3310 to improve graphic longevity and finish.
