Arlon® DPF 5200 Printable Etched Glass Cast Film is a premium decorative cast vinyl film designed to create the appearance of etched or sandblasted glass on a wide variety of surfaces.
This material features a 2 mil (50 micron) printable cast vinyl construction engineered to simulate a frosted etched glass finish while maintaining excellent print performance and dimensional stability. The film uses a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive system designed to provide reliable adhesion across glass and other smooth surfaces while maintaining balanced tack and shrink resistance. The cast face film allows for precise cutting, clean weeding, and high-quality digital printing results. A synthetic, water-resistant liner helps improve handling during printing, converting, and installation. DPF 5200 offers up to 7 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
DPF 5200 is commonly used for decorative window graphics, privacy films, architectural glass applications, office partitions, mirrors, and display graphics. It provides an elegant etched glass appearance without the cost or permanence of traditional glass etching or sandblasting.
