Arlon® DPF 510M Matte Pressure-Sensitive Print Film is a printable calendered vinyl film designed for short-term promotional graphics, signage, and display applications where reliable print performance and easy installation are important.
This material features a 3.2 mil (80 micron) calendered PVC construction combined with a solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive available in clear or tinted formulations. The solvent-based adhesive system provides stronger adhesion and cohesion compared to typical water-based adhesives, helping graphics maintain consistent performance during installation and use. The film is supplied with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner, which improves printer handling and helps maintain dimensional stability during printing and converting. The matte printable surface supports clean image reproduction across multiple digital printing platforms.
