Arlon® DPF 510GTR Gloss Removable Pressure-Sensitive Print Film is a printable monomeric vinyl film designed for short-term promotional graphics where clean removability is important.
This material features a 100 micron (approximately 3.9 mil) monomeric vinyl construction combined with a tinted solvent-based removable pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides reliable adhesion while allowing graphics to be removed cleanly when needed. The solvent-based adhesive system offers stronger bonding and cohesion than typical water-based adhesives while still maintaining removability for temporary applications. The film is supplied with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner, which improves printer handling and helps maintain dimensional stability during printing and installation. The gloss printable surface delivers excellent color reproduction and consistent performance across multiple digital printing platforms.
DPF 510GTR is commonly used for short-term promotional graphics, window graphics, decals, tradeshow displays, POP signage, and interior floor graphics. The removable adhesive allows graphics to be removed cleanly for up to one year under normal conditions, making it a practical option for temporary marketing campaigns and seasonal displays.
