Arlon® DPF 510G Gloss Pressure-Sensitive Print Film is a printable calendered vinyl film designed for short-term signage and promotional graphics where dependable adhesion and clean print performance are required.
This material features a 3.2 mil (80 micron) calendered PVC construction combined with a solvent-based high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive available in clear or tinted formulations. The high-tack adhesive system provides stronger adhesion than standard adhesives, making it suitable for a wide range of general signage and display applications. The film is supplied with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner, which helps maintain dimensional stability and ensures smooth feeding during printing and installation. The gloss printable surface delivers reliable image clarity and vibrant color reproduction across multiple digital printing technologies.
DPF 510G is commonly used for short-term promotional graphics, barricade signage, construction graphics, tradeshow displays, and general retail signage. It performs well on flat interior and exterior surfaces, making it a practical solution for temporary advertising and event graphics with up to 3 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
