Arlon® DPF 4500GLX Gloss Intermediate Calendered Print Film with X-Scape Technology® is a versatile printable vinyl film designed for short- to medium-term signage and promotional graphics where easy installation and dependable durability are required.
This material features a 3 mil (75 micron) white polymeric calendered vinyl construction combined with a tinted permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered to provide strong opacity and reliable adhesion. The film incorporates LX (Low Profile) X-Scape Technology®, which allows trapped air to escape through micro air channels during installation. This air-egress system helps installers achieve faster, bubble-free application while maintaining enough adhesive tack to ensure a long-term bond. The bright white gloss facestock delivers excellent print clarity and vibrant color reproduction, making it well suited for a wide range of digital printing systems. DPF 4500GLX provides up to 5 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
