Arlon® 3270 Premium Cast Overlaminate is a high-performance protective film designed to extend the life and durability of digitally printed graphics. This cast overlaminate is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and long-term signage where conformability and consistent outdoor performance are required.
This material features a 2 mil (50 micron) cast vinyl construction with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, providing excellent conformability over curves, rivets, and contours while maintaining long-term dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage. Integrated UV inhibitors help protect against fading and environmental exposure, supporting an outdoor durability of up to 7 years (unprinted). It is designed for cold lamination (no heat required) and should be applied after a 24–48 hour print dry time. This product is not intended for optically clear window applications.
