Arlon® 3220 Premium Cast Overlaminate is a high-performance protective film designed to extend the life and durability of digitally printed graphics. This cast overlaminate is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and display applications where long-term outdoor performance and image protection are required.
This material features a 2 mil (50 micron) cast vinyl construction with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, providing excellent conformability over curves, rivets, and contours while maintaining long-term dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage. Integrated UV inhibitors help protect against fading and environmental exposure, extending the life of printed graphics by up to 2 additional years, with an overall outdoor durability of up to 7 years (unprinted). It is designed for cold lamination (no heat required) and requires a 24–48 hour dry time after printing before application.
Series 3220 is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, long-term signage, kiosks, and POP displays where durability, flexibility, and print protection are critical.
